Deshaun Watson Tragically Tears ACL- Latest Victim of Colin Kaepernick Not Having a Job

Quarterbacks will keep getting hurt until a team signs Colin Kaepernick. This is 100%, no doubt about, certified truth. Quarterbacks will keep dropping like flies until Kap gets his shot. I don’t know if it’s the work of a higher power, or whether it’s a justice-demanding glitch in the system, but something here is amiss.

That something is that Colin Kaepernick should be the starting quarterback on a football team right now. He should ABSOLUTELY be the starting quarterback for the Texans after the Deshaun Watson injury, he should have been one coming into the season, and he should have been one when Tannehill went down in training camp. He should have been one when Rodgers snapped his collarbone, and forget starting, he should have been signed when ANY of the current teams undergoing a quarterback crisis looked at their rosters (if you're wondering if your team is in the middle of a quarterback crisis then your team is in the middle of a quarterback crisis).

It’s moved past unbelievable, and now it’s become unforgivable. The fates (the three witches from Hercules) have now aligned to make it abundantly clear that Kaepernick is being shunned by the NFL- and these fates will clearly tear the ACLs of every franchise quarterback until Kap has a job or until we’re watching T.J. Hundley and Brian Hoyer duke it out in the Super Bowl and this shameful truth has been overwhelmingly exposed. Seriously, the "we can't sign Kaepernick because we already have a starting quarterback" excuse will die as your "starting quarterback" goes down in pregame warmups with a non-contact injury, and that's nothing short of divine intervention.

So heed this warning, Bob McNair and company, until Colin Kaepernick has a roster spot, nobody is safe.

P.S. As a Bears fan I’m exceptionally nervous. We’re feeling hopeful as a fan base once again so this would be perfect timing for Biscuit Trubisky to snap his knee and send us back into the dark ages. Please, someone, save Mitchell.

P.P.S. In fact, I'm ready to blame all injuries on this injustice, "Oh so you don't think Kaepernick can play quarterback, well WHAT ABOUT TIGHT END?" the fates whispered as they snapped Adam Miller's knee.
