The Trailer For Blockers Made Me Laugh HARD
I went into this trailer with average expectations because I love Leslie Mann but it blew them all out of the water. I’m psyched to see this movie. Not only has Leslie Mann crushed every role she’s played in the past decade but Ike Berinholtz and John Cena are going to be hilarious as well. The John Cena scene from Trainwreck is one of the funniest things I’ve seen in the past few years and I love the fact that he’s a funny dude. The movie stars Mann, Bernholtz, and Cena as three lifelong parent friends who discover their daughters' plot to lose their virginities on prom night, and set off to stop them.
This movie looks like it’s got it all: some teenage romance, some concerned parents who don’t want their teenager’s to romance, butt chugging, and of course, prom! Several parts of this trailer had me in tears, especially the “They’ve got a lager and an IPA, it doesn’t matter” line. Loved it. Buy me my tickets. I can’t remember the last time I laughed, it feels good.
