Is Selling A House By Including $250 Of Tacos Cheating?
HOUSTON - A Houston real estate agent is celebrating after selling the Cypress home that came with a now-viral taco incentive.
Nicole Lopez, of Intero Real Estate Services, said she has a buyer who will claim the $250 worth of tacos, as promised on her sign, at closing.
“The buyer is definitely going to get the tacos,” Lopez said. “He’s planning a taco party at the end of February.”

Nicole Lopez, you're a genius savant. I’m all for this move. What’s $250 to a real estate agent after they make a sale? I actually don’t know: so that’s a real question, but let’s assume nothing! 250$ of free tacos, that will sell houses. Think about it. There’s a reason you never shop when you’re hungry, and it’s because food runs your brain, your soul, your balls, your lady parts, any of it and all of it. I read this article and HAD to order Mexican food. That’s how powerful food is, that’s how helpless we are to deny it.
Envision yourself house hunting, you’re tired of looking, every place has something wrong with it, and you haven’t eaten a real meal all day. BOOM. You see a sign for a quarter of a grand of free tacos that just so happens to be stapled to a FOR SALE sign and the clouds start to clear. Houses are tough to sell, and again, I have no experience with selling houses: but let’s assume this to be true. Food however, not hard to sell. It’s even easier to sell free food. I’d buy this house in a second. Given, I’m an idiot and a diabetic, but I think that’s the type of person you’re going for when you throw in tacos with a house. Idiots and diabetics, very susceptible to free foods and sweet deals.
