Never Thought I'd Be A Proposal Blogger BUT HERE I AM

Just like that we’ve got another proposal that one-ups Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s. Seems like that’s a weekly occurrence at this point but let’s focus on what matters: this is just wondrous. Just take a peak:

This is a heck of a proposal. We’ve got Chipotle, not the most romantic spot but beloved by basically everyone, we’ve got a fucking flash mob, and we’ve got a beautiful, public, birthday proposal. Hats off. It is crazy how such a basic place like a chipotle can suddenly be the setting for the most recent romantic proposal with seemingly very little effort. You want to make something romantic? Get a bunch of strangers involved and include someone's birthday. Boom. Great advice for free. “Oh a flash mob is hard!” blah blah blah, it’s 2018; people are practically begging to be in a flash mob.

Best wishes to Marc Jacobs and Char Defrancesco for setting a great example to everyone on what a great proposal should be, except of course for those people who’ve already been engaged with super lame boring proposals.

I wish I could blog about different things, you guys, I really do. But when I signed up to be the people’s blogger, this is what I asked for. Prince Harry had one job, and that was to propose to Meghan Markle in a cool, on-brand, royal type of way- when he disappointed you, somebody had to step up. That somebody was me, and until the royal wedding, I’ll continue to shine the light on cool romantic proposals that make Prince Harry look like a fucking chump. I didn't choose this life. This life chose me.
