A Tale Of Three Things You Can't Do: Guy Punches A Pregnant Deaf Woman and Her Service Dog On A Plane: Is In Trouble
The FBI is investigating after a man traveling on a flight to Orlando with his family was accused of punching a pregnant deaf woman, as well as her service dog.
The Orlando Police Department told the Orlando Sentinel Timothy Manley, 59, was traveling with his family on the Frontier flight from Colorado Springs to Orlando when he allegedly first punched Zariel, the service dog.
Manley's wife had reportedly complained of being allergic to dogs as the flight landed at Orlando International Airport, prompting the 59-year-old to hit the dog, a Great Dane, with enough force to make it yelp and hide under a seat, the Sentinel reported.
When the service dog's owner, 21-year-old Hazel Ramirez, who police said was 20 weeks pregnant, and her 30-year-old partner, Matthew Silvay, who is also deaf, confronted Manley over the incident, that's when he allegedly punched Ramirez in the stomach, according to ABC News.

Jesus christ, what is this, the trifecta? You can’t punch a pregnant woman, you can’t punch a deaf woman, and you definitely can’t punch a service dog! I challenge you to find a worse combination of things to punch. I love that the guy has the nerve, nay the audacity, to even attempt to argue any of these accusations. Dude, this is one of those times where you just take your punishment, say you’re sorry, and then change your name and face so that nobody will ever recognize you as the asshole who punched a deaf, pregnant woman and her service dog.
All of these things are very very not good! There’s no scenario in which any one looks at any new information and then says, “oh it wasn’t that bad!” There’s no part of this that isn’t terrible. Oh, so you swatted the service dog and pregnant deaf woman instead of punching her in the stomach? Sure, that’s a slight improvement but we’re really lowering the bar if we leave that situation happy: you’re still a garbage human being.
To think this whole thing went down because of allergies. The guy’s wife is allergic to dogs and so for whatever reason this is what started the conflict. Well, you all know how I feel about allergies, but putting that aside you’ve got to be prepared for service dogs. I don’t know what you have to do, carry a syringe full of Claritin, bring a gas mask with you wherever you go, anything! All I know is that while I'm sure being allergic to dogs can be serious, pregnant ladies being allergic to being punched in the baby is more serious- so I wouldn't try and die on that cross if I were you.
I’m telling you planes make people crazy. This dude may have even been a nice guy in normal life, but you put him in the sheeple mobile, the flying cattle car of shame, and the demons come out! Some people just weren’t built to withstand the pressure (see what I did there) of a winged metal tube. I tell you where I wouldn’t have been surprised to read about this, a cruise ship. They beat pregnant, deaf people for fun on cruise ships.
