This Will Go Over Poorly But Don't You Dare Say "Excuse Me" If You're Being Pushed In An Airport Wheelchair
There's no way this isn't going to look bad, but it needs to be said regardless. You shouldn't be allowed to say "excuse me" if you're being pushed in a wheelchair, especially if you're in an airport. I firmly believe that only 2% of wheelchair bound people in airports actually need a wheelchair. Look I've been an airport wheelchair guy before, and I know it's nice! You've got to do what you've got to do to get through security, but don't you dare say "excuse me". Only the person pushing the wheelchair should be able to say "excuse me", because they're the only one doing anything. If you wheel yourself around in a chair, then "excuse me" people all you want- you've earned it. But if you're putting yourself in someone else's hands you shut the fuck up. I see right through your high and mighty bullshit.
When you break a sweat moving your seated ass around you can talk to me, but until then, silence. I think airports really are the worst place for it, and actually I don't think I'd mind it anywhere else. But something about the crowds, the packed lines, the slow shit, the expensive food, the delays all adds up, and we don't need top it off with you barking orders from your metal chariot like some fraudulent handicapped pharaoh.
